William "Mr. Bill" Guarino A Patriot, A Statesman, A Gentlemen and A Friend to all he came in contact with.
He lived his in life in a way to serve his fellow man and offered many a better way of life through his beliefs and efforts. We are better beings for knowing Mr. Bill as he had that effect on people.
To Ms. Rita, Bill, Nancy, Denise, Micheal and the family he will be missed but not forgotten.

Rita, Nancy, and Bill, So sorry to hear of Mr. Bill's passing. Never have I known a kinder, forthright man. As I look back to my younger years, there are few men that I encountered that taught me the meaning of respect. He is surly one of those that always walked the walk. He truly left me with a lesson for life. I am truly saddened and will have you in my thoughts and prayers.

Bill was one of my best friends and a true comrade. I have known Bill for 58 years, since we first served in the 527 AAA Bn of the Louisiana National Guard until his untimely death. I will truly miss Bill and our prayers go out to his lovely wife Rita and their children.
