Please accept our sympathy for the passing of Bill. I guess I had seen Connie and Bill at St Thomas More last year and he was in a wheel chair then. When I drive on Lippi in front of your old house, I do remember you. It will always be the Gearheard house tome. May God comfort you and may His love fill the void in your lives. May he rest in peace.

Dear Connie, I am so saddened to read today of Bill's passing. He was a good friend and ally back in the 70's and 80's in Lafayette. I always admired his passion in representing
clients and loved his wry sense of humor. He was the epitome to me of the old school southern lawyer in the best tradition. I can see him now holding court in the hallway
of court room 4B dressed in his great white linen suit making a funny remark.
He was one of a kind and I will miss him. I still live on Acacia Drive and I think of you
and Bill just about every time I drive in front of your old house by the lake on Lippi .
I am still practicing law here in Lafayette and if there is ever anything at all I
can do for you please call me, as I am at you disposal.
You and your family are in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Tommy Guilbeau
