William "Bill" Oscar Terrebonne's Obituary
William Oscar “Bill” Terrebonne entered into his eternal rest on Friday, May 01, 2020. He was born, Tuesday, February 05, 1935 in Covington, LA to Edward James Terrebonne, Jr. and Ruth Burnett Terrebonne.
He was a graduate of Baton Rouge High School and LSU. He served in the U.S. Army. A longtime member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where he served faithfully in the choir as well as other areas.
Survived by his Sister - Eugenie Zoch (Rudy) of Spring, Texas, Brother - Robert Terrebonne of Cupertino, CA, a special cousin – Clara Muller, Sister-in-law - Syble Russell and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his Father - Edward James Terrebonne, Jr., Mother - Ruth Burnett Terrebonne, Brother - Edward James Terrebonne, III, Nephew – Eddie J. Terrebonne, IV and his sister-in-law – Nancy Terrebonne.
Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, Bill was buried in Southeast LA Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Rd. Slidell, LA 70460. A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Luthean Church, 1 N. Marigold, Covington, LA 70433 at a later date.
A special thanks and appreciation to the devoted caregivers at Avanti Senior Living Center and Passages Hospice who lovingly cared for him during his final days.
