Mrs. Eloise was a wonderful lady and one of the first people to welcome me to the clerks office in 1992. She taught me all about the Civil Record Room and the filings. She loved people and it was a joy to work with her everyday. My thoughts and prayers are with Robert and Shannon and the rest of her family at this time.
