Steven T. Michelet's Obituary
Steven T. Michelet passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the age of 68.
Beloved husband of 47 years to Elaine Michelet.
Loving father of Julie Allen, Stephanie Castro and Michelle King. Son of the late Virginia and Thomas Michelet. Grandfather of Robert, Taylor and Tristan Allen, Keegan Castro and Hayden King. Brother of Phyllis Constantine and Jean White.
He was a native of Metairie and a resident of the northshore for the past 15 years.
He was a railroad retiree with over 30 years of service. We would like to thank the CCU staff at St. Tammany Parish Hospital for their tender loving Care.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Friday from 9:00 AM until Mass time.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in memory of Mr. Michelet be made to Covington Food Bank or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
