Steve Eschete passed away on February 24, 2021 in Hammond, LA. He was born on July 9, 1938 in New Orleans, LA to the late Watkins Eschete and Ophelia Gomez Eschete.
Steve was the beloved husband of the late Shirley Mae Eschete. He was the loving father of Bridgette E. Siles, Darren Eschete, and the late Briggs Eschete. He was the step-father of Maria, Jimmy, Smokey, Keith, and Kenny Porche. Steve was the proud grandfather of Samantha Siles, Dori Loga, Jerry Siles, B.J Eschete, and Jessica Eschete; great-grandfather of Luke Loga and Merak Siles. He was the brother of Clyde Eschete, Bruce Eschete, the late Rose Shally, and Ronald Eschete. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Cynthia Duvall Eschete.
