We would go fishing and have a grand time . He would always be the first to catch fish and no matter where we went to fish . He caught fish and was so happy and proud . He caught the most . Awesome time together. Love you uncle
Uncle Steve was loved very much by us . We remember when grandma and uncle live off St Bernard hwy. Uncle Steve would say grandma won’t leave this house . Well we had a bet . Grandma ask me if she could come over .to our house . Hoppadadle he call Keith that. Keith and uncle Steve would’ go fishing and uncle Steve would catch all the fish every time . No matter where they fished he would catch the . Throw the line in . Bomb got one . Uncle Steve will all be in our hearts and be missed.

Aunt Bridgette, Dori, and Sam, I'm so sorry to hear the passing of Mr. Steve, he was always such a kind, welcoming man. He always made us feel like one of the family. I love yall and I will be sending so much love.

We remember how proud he was when he showed us the beautiful casket box he built and carved for his ashes. I had never known anyone to do that for themselves and do it so beautifully. The man had talent. He was a gentle giant and he will be missed. Rest In Peace. Love Donna and Maxine
