Shanda “Shan” Veronica Crosby, 51 of Covington, LA died un-expectantly on Monday, November 06, 2017, in Abita Springs, LA. Born, Sunday, February 13, 1966 in Bogalusa, LA to Barney Crosby and Lezette Williams Crosby.
Survived by her Mother - Lezette Williams Crosby, Father - Barney Crosby, Sisters - Becky Crosby, Melody Hale (Robert), Brother - Broney Crosby (Dana), Nephews - Witt Markham, Noah Markham, Garrett Short, Nieces - Bethany Hale (Dillan Hitt), Maddie Short and Grandmother – Myrtis Crosby and future Grand Niece – Ripley.
Shan was also survived by her beloved pet Sophie.
She was preceded in death by her Grandmother – Edith Williams, Grandfathers – Alton Williams and Lonnie Crosby.
Shan graduated from Varnado High School in 1984 and attended Church of the King in Mandeville.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 11:00 AM to service time.
Interment in Bethel Fellowship Church Cemetery Angie, LA.
