Janice Barnett Craft
We moved to Bratton Street about 1938. LaNeil and I played monopoly on her front porch in the summers until we moved in 1941. She was a dear friend. After John and I married and lived in Jackson LeNeil came to see us one time. John graduated from Miss. State in 1958 with an engineering degree and went to work with Miss. Power & Light Co. Just a few months after we married the company sent us to Greenville. But sometime probably in the 1970s someone told me where LaNeil was living and I called her. I am two years older than LaNeill. I remember Mary Edith, and I went to a Demolay dance with Pat. That was the last time we contacted each other. She was a dear friend and I know she will be missed!
Fond memories are never forgotten!
