Miss Bertha,
My very deepest condolences and best wishes for you in what must be an unbearable time.
I will always remember Mr. Willie and place him in some of my most precious memories; I can picture him now on countless Christmas Eves, sipping his gin and tonic and joking with us as little children. Take what comfort you can in knowing that when I remember him, he's always smiling and comfortable.
My thoughts are with you.
-Michael
Dear Bertha, Jane & Keith - John and I were terribly sad to hear of Willie's passing. We just looked at our wedding pictures the other day and commented on how grateful we were you had both come to Houston for our wedding. Willie was such a huge part of my life growing up and was one of the reasons I went into engineering. Your friendship has meant the world to Mom and Dad. We pray Willie did not experience any pain since his fall. May you all begin to heal now. We will keep you in our prayers. Cherie & John Wallace
JANE, WE ARE SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. PLEASE KNOW THAT WE ARE THINKING OF YOU AND WEBB DURING THESE TRYING TIMES. KEN & SHARON
Dear Bertha and family, My wife Lynn and I send our deepest condolences on your loss. Willie Williams was a seminal influence in my life and is a man I'll never forget. He provided encouragement and opportunity for me professionally and continues to be a role model to me and many others who had the pleasure to work for him.
Sincerely, Tip Fowler
Our thoughts and prayers go with you in your loss. May God bless both of you. Willie was loved and respected by all Freeporters and will be remembered for his great leadership.
Martha and I lived on townsite, working in Shipping and Marine during Willie's tenure until 1977 and retired from Freeport McMoRan Engineering in 1993
Deepest sympathy.
So very sorry to hear about the loss of your Father. This must be a very difficult time for you and your family. My sympathy to you.
