Richard Lloyd “Rick” Gardache, age 44 of Mandeville, LA died on Monday, October 09, 2017, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, LA.
Born, Wednesday, June 06, 1973 in Chalmette, LA to Richard Gardache and Sandra Juneau Gardache.
Survived by his Wife - Carrie Lindsoe Gardache, Son - Dylan Gardache, Daughter - Marissa Gardache, Sister - Jennifer Gardache, Father - Richard Gardache, Mother - Sandra Juneau Gardache, Nieces - Reagan Boritzki and Carmen Tonry, and Nephew - Deuce Tonry.
Although taken from us far too soon Rick Gardache lived a rich life.
Rick was a devoted son, husband and father, he was a fisherman, a backyard chef, and the life of the party. Truly a friend to anyone who knew him. He grew up in a large loving family, graduating from Chalmette High and opening his own business, Decades Music. He married the love of his life, Carrie and together they brought two wonderful children into the world. He studied marketing and earned a degree from the University of New Orleans. He partnered with a friend to start Precision Driving Academy and involved himself in community projects including Just Kidz Extravaganza. Rick lived life “wide open.” He was a generous, loving, loyal friend. Rick was a genuine person who was happiest celebrating and spending time with family and friends.
His smile and warm heart will be missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Service at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday from 10:00 AM to service time.
