I really do not know where to begin. The first phone call I had with Rick for a small part time position with Precision. We hit it off immediately and the phone call was like we knew each other for years. My little part time gig developed into a very rewarding position alongside Rick and Dwayne as well as a great friendship. Rick taught me so much, he bolstered my confidence and always showed me so much respect. Dwayne and Rick have always been there for me! Rick would say..."Whatever you need, Deb!". My everyday for all most four years has included Rick, office stuff, personal stuff and funny emojis on busy stressful days. Im at a loss, but our last face to face was an incredible meeting with him and Dwayne that I will cherish forever!! Rick was and still is so proud of Precision. We will carry on and make him proud, I will continue to talk to him everyday!
