My sincerest condolences to Sue and Reece. I had the pleasure of working with Randy for 24 years in both the Baton Rouge and Geismar service center. He was a wealth of knowledge and experience that was the foundation for the service center to thrive and he will be greatly missed.
One of the things that I will always remember about Randy is his ability to keep calm and collected in difficult situations and separate his work from his personal life. In the few moments you could get him talking about his personal life, especially family, his face would light up and you could tell how important his family was to him. It was a pleasure working with Randy, and I will remember him well.

I met Randy in 1994 at Dresser Rand Corporation and we became very close friends. I will miss our talks about life, hobbies and family with lots of laughs.i will forever cherish them all. Randy was an exceptional mentor who has left an unforgettable mark on my career. His leadership, passion and unwavering support made a significant difference in my professional journey. I am forever grateful Randy for your guidance!
When I met Randy, my first impression was he was such a very kind and caring man. Over the years of getting to know him and all the things he was going through with his cancer journey. He amazed me with his strong determination and courageous fight with everything he had in him until the very end. When I was diagnosed with my cancer journey, he was very supportive and caring . When I would see him he would always say Stay Strong , Keep your Faith and Fight . Thank you Randy! Because of you and watching you go thru all you did for so many years, you gave me the determination to be strong and be courageous to fight my cancer journey! We are going to miss you so much! You will be in our hearts and memories forever!
