Am so sorry for your loss of Patsy. She was l day older than me. Walter, I believe that you and I graduated together or was that you Tim and Patsy? I had a boy's name David Farmer, my dad was a Shreveport Policeman along with Festervand (Eddie Ralph's Dad). I graduated in 1955, married and started a family. My hubsand passed 6-25-06, 3 days after our 50th. So Tim, you were blessed in having Patsy so long. God is so good, isn't he? Cling to His Promises and you'll never go wrong. Pat was often in our thoughts and will always be in our hearts.
Please know that PAT was a dear friend. I was always around the Bar-B-Cue place for that great Spivey food.Although I have not seen her for 50+ year, I always thinkfo her and her family every time I pass Jimmy Cotten's Grocery.We were also neighbors.I have said a prayed for the family. I am very sorry tohear of Pat's demise. May GOD help you all through this very tough time. I lost my Father 10/22/07, It has been very tough on me, however, I did have the (pleasure?--) of him living and fighting with me thelast 7 years of his life. He wanted me to take him to the Horseshoe the morning of his death. He lived every moment doing something productive. I am very sorry for your loss.My heart is sad for the loss ofthis wonderful lady.
Sorry to hear about Pat, we were friends all thru high school. I remember her Dad's great bar-b-que.
