Louise E. Van Tuyl's Obituary
Louise E. Van Tuyl of Covington, LA went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 15, 2008. She was 79. Born in Natchez, MS on August 22, 1928 and lived in St. Tammany Parish for the last 45 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Malcolm Van Tuyl, Sr. and her daughter Wanda Jean Currie. She is survived by her son Malcolm Van Tuyl, Jr., brother James Enloe, grandchildren John James, Malcolm Lawrence and Danny Currie, Chris and Joshua Van Tuyl and Lisa Currie Brown, loved nieces and nephews and by 3 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of Forest Manor Nursing Home for the care and attention the last months of her life, as well as Gulf States LTAC, St, Tammany Parish Hospital, Lakeview Regional Medical Center and Dr. P. Craig Parker.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitations on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Thursday, February 21, 2008 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 followed by interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie, LA
