Remembering my days in the President's office at Garrett Seminary, I have never forgotten the day I met Jake.... a student who was washing the windows in the office!...working his way thru seminary! We struck up a friendship at that moment and a photo of us taken n the Seminary garden the day of commencement is in my book of Garrett memories.. Thanks to 'technology' one can relive sweet acquaintance with those who walked our way but sadly too we learn some have left us too soon. Jake is someone who had gifts and graces which will live on through the lives he touched ... the family is blessed to have had him in their midst ... may his memory be eternal. We have been remembering the many good times we had together and how Jake "taught us" to go cruising!
