Lerlene Herrington's Obituary
Lerlene Herrington passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Jesse Herrington. Loving mother of Merry Lyons (the late Tommy) of Saucier, MS, Pat Farmer (Carroll) of Ocean Springs, MS and Gail McCoy (Tony) of Mandeville. Daughter of the late Lessie Cliburn Netherland and James Milton Netherland. She is survived by four siblings, Mildred Walters, Eula Myers and James Netherland of Pearl, MS and Jeanne’ Bradley of Mobile, AL; eight grandchildren, Carol Leggett, Lori Smith, Todd Cook, Lacey Farmer, Justin Farmer, Paul McCoy, Leah Mckee and Shea DeGavage; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Shiloh Baptist Church, in Sontag, MS on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM with visitation at church on Monday beginning at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, in Sontag, MS.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Herrington to be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
