Janet,
I am finding it hard to find the words to express my deep sadness that’s comes with hearing about the loss of your mother “Ms. Judy”. I always enjoy talking and spending with you both each time see saw each other. We could not have had better neighbors, none so sweet. I want to apologize for not being able to attend the service due to conflicting work schedule. Please don’t hesitate to call me or Jeff should you need anything at all. Know that I am praying God will wrap his loving arms around you and give you some comfort at this very difficult time. I Love you Ladies. RIP Ms. Judy.

Thinking of my dear friend Janet at this time. Mrs. Davis was truly a wonderful lady who thought of so many. She will always hold a special place in my heart. I live in Maryland, but she always made me feel like I was next door. I will truly miss talking to her on the phone. She could always make you smile. A very special lady indeed!

A sweet lady from the country.
With a little girl voice that when heard, it harmonizes the receiving ears. Always enjoyed our talks. When I phone her, Janet would pick up the phone and tell me almost immediately; “Joe Jr. she has her hand stretched out asking for the phone”. And when she calls me, I hear that sweet voice. Stop what I’m doing find a chair and relax. The calls always last an hour or more. Talking about world events to cooking to growing berries and vegetables.
NaNaan lived a simple life. Conservative and always in touch with nature. Despite worldly distractions, she was a warrior to keep life as simple and undistracting as possible. I, myself, admire and follow her example. By her example, she taught me that there isn’t a need to have many possessions or keep up with the Joneses; but be in touch with our Creator and natural surroundings.
Will certainly miss you, NaNann; but consoled that God has called you HOME.
