Mr. Joe was definitely one of kind! The Kugelmanns grew to love him and his infectious spirit. Our best memories are the block parties we used to have and he would be out there barbecuing and cutting up with the rest of us.
It was a shocker at Christmas time one year when we walk outside and Mr. Joe is climbing our of Penny & Ronnie's dormer window putting up Christmas lights! He kept things lively that's for sure!
To the Parlipiano family, may you find peace and solace that Mr. Joe is definitely with the angels.
