Joseph Anthony Chiota, Jr., M.D. passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010.
Beloved husband of Michelle Demarest Chiota; loving father of Adrian Tomas Chiota, Matias Javier Chiota, Madison Claire Chiota and Mia Taylor Chiota; son of Lillie Mae Dean Chiota; and brother of Karen Chiota Wagor. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Anthony Chiota, M.D.; and a brother, Thomas Dean Chiota.
Age 61 years; he was a native of Fairfield, Connecticut and a resident of Madisonville, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend his wake at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, Louisiana 70433 on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Funeral services will be private.
