John was such a good loving man loyal friend. One thing of many I will never forget was after hurricane Katrina we were flooded with 9 foot of water in our home. John was the first one to show up at our house to help. He came over with a tool trailer loaded down with every type of tool needed to rebuild our home including a pressure washer and a lawn mower and chainsaw. He also came back with family and friends and food to replace the entire home with Sheetrock. John also took a ride trip with me to attend our eldest son graduation from US Army Special Forces Green Beret Academy. John was so proud and loved being up there with all the military men. We stayed several days. John was just such an awesome man and person and I will miss him always we all will.
