I met Mr John many years ago at Mama D’s. He was always so sweet and friendly. I always enjoyed seeing him driving his model T car in the Mardi Gras parades too. He touched so many lives, and will be missed terribly. Sending love and prayers to Derman and family.
We are sadden by the passing away of our good friend John. Every time we met, we always had a good time, every time. The joke that I remember well was when he came over to our house, and my wife offered him a cup of coffee. He quickly replied, "IS THE POPE CATHOLIC?" I have used it I don't know how many times. So funny! John really loved photography, and I love it very much too! So we understood each other very well, and shared many pictures. We will always treasure the very good times, like going out to eat together with his wife, and kids. GOD bless him, and his family always.
