Jeffrey Adam Cook's Obituary
Jeffrey Adam Cook passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014 in St. Francisville, LA. He was born, Friday, March 16, 1973 in New Orleans, LA to Harold J., Sr. and Charlene Schmuck Cook and lived in Nebraska for a brief period of time before moving to Hammond in 2005.
The beloved husband of Lisa Domingo Cook, he is survived by his daughter - Charlene Katherine "Katie" Cook; one brother - Harold J. "Jimmy" Cook, Jr. and two nephews - Corey and Blake Cook.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St. Abita Springs, LA 70420.
A wake is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 6-9:00 PM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation at the Church on Thursday will begin at 9:00 AM.
Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington, LA will immediately follow mass.
