Ann,
During your period of bereavement, please accept our sincerest condolences.
It is said that a loved one never really passes on as long as there is someone who remains that remembers. Joycelyn and I will certainly remember Jim in our prayers and reflect on and treasure the fond memories of the times we spent together, and. the devoted interest he had in Tulane athletics.
Sincerely,
Dan and Joycelyn Hurley
I'm so sorry for your loss. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

We lived across the street (Oakwood Ave) from JIm's family in the 40s. When we neighbor kids (Chuckie Ryder,Judy Harig, Jim and I were 6 yrs old, Dr. Dowling ENT (Jim's father), took our tonsils and adenoids out. We were all together in a kids ward at Massillon City Hospital.
I moved away from that neighborhood when I was 7, but continued to know Jim, through 12 years of Catholic school.
I am saddened to hear of his death. Rest in Peace Jimmy.
