Mr. Jimmy was a great man and will be missed. I'm grateful that our paths crossed over 25 years ago. He helped launch the careers of many, including my own, and for that I am truly grateful.

A part of my life, God wanted you to be. A lesson was to be learned from you for me. Five years spent with you taught me much. Also my heart,you greatly touched. I see you now in the God's garden above, smiling down upon those you love. A twinkling star in heaven I'll see, and know it's a wink from you to me. A man of wisdom, a man of grace, a man with much humor, that would leave a smile upon your face. That's what Jim Carey was to me.

Stephanie and I are so sorry for your loss. We will remember Jimmy as a great man who always put his family first including those of us who only made it down twice a year. He will definitely be missed. I wish we could have made it to the funeral. You are all in our prayers.

Uncle Jimmy was a wonderful man, and we will all miss him. We're sorry that we were not able to be there for the funeral. I have no doubt that we have another angel in heaven looking after all of us now. I'm so glad Henry and I were able to visit with him last month when we were in town. We have so many memories of Jimmy and Tressie opening up their home to us! No matter big or little, all kids and adults want to stay at Jimmy and Tressie's. He will truly be missed.
