Jack Waid Maddox passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2007.
Beloved son of the late Paul R. Maddox and the late Mary Louise Waid Maddox; husband of Jodie Guercia Maddox; father of Joseph Waid Maddox and Jeremiah Paul Maddox and their mother Maria Clark; father –in-law of Kristen Maddox and Ashley Maddox; grandfather to Jourdon Pierce, Jakob Tweedel, Ella, Elaine, Hayden, Jarrett and Kaley Maddox; brother of Marsha Smalley and her husband Sam, Melissa King and her husband Rick and Randy Maddox and his wife Kim.
Age 50 years, a native of Alexandria, LA and a resident of Jefferson, LA for the past 35 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Celebration of Jack’s Life on Friday, May 25, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Friday from 11:00 AM until service time.
Interment to follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, Jack would have preferred donations to the education fund of his grandchildren, at Jack Maddox Grandchildren Education Fund, 132 North Drive, Covington, LA 70433.
