Dear Ms. Peggy Blackwell,
Your husband was a very good man, and had an uncanny sense for growing plants. I always liked buying plants from him because I knew they would do well, since he took such great care to make sure they were root pruned. And, I always liked making the trip down Hwy 40 to your place in the country, and sit and talk with you and your husband for a while. Such good memories.
Although I am sad that he is gone from this earth, for your sake, I look forward, like you, to seeing him in the next greater life.
Sincerely,
Paul Wood 444 Bill Dr Mandeville, LA 70448 (985) 705-7370
PS Ms Peggy, I am very sorry not to be able to make the funeral today. However, I look forward to seeing you in the future. I don't know if you remember me, but I used to come by in a light green Ford van in the 1970's to buy plants for lanscaping.
