Gloria Hill Hopkins passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the age of 96 years old at her Covington home, where she lived happily for the past 25 years. She was born in Dallas, Texas, the only child of David Gatlin Read Obituary
Gloria or " Glory Belle" as my father called Gloria, was my mother's ( Elsa Hoehn Terkuhle) best friend. She was such a wonderful person, and a permanent memory in my childhood. I know she is having fun with Doots, Elsa and Terk in heaven.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of your mother. Mrs. Hopkins was the most adorable lady I knew growing up in New Orleans. She was gracious, generous and hilarious. Her love for her family was palpable.
