I will always remember how proud Mr. Floyd was when Katie won the ‘City of Covington’ award at the Three Rivers Art Festival. He stood alongside her little booth with Mrs. Virginia and told everyone who passed by ‘that’s my daughter!’ It was a sweet memory that I hope lives on in her mind forever. I always would make a point to say hello whenever I would see him at Fresh Market. He always greeted me with a big smile and an even bigger hug. Years later I’d see him every so often at my work and he never missed the opportunity to ask about what I was up to and how have I been. Prayers to Katie and family ❤️ love you guys
