Everett Paul Guillory's Obituary
Everett Paul Guillory passed away Saturday, July 9, 2011. A resident of Mandeville for over 15 years, he was born March 30, 1931 in Dupont, LA to the late R.V. “Bob” and Agnes Dupont Guillory.
After serving in the U.S Air Force from 1952 to 1955, Mr. Guillory remained in the Air Force Reserves and dedicated himself to the Department of Interior for 24 years. In 1996, he retired from Minerals Management, an engineering firm.
The beloved husband of the late Nellie Mae Gremillion Guillory, he is survived by three children: Don Chad Guillory and wife Denise, Jeff Guillory and wife Gaylen and Gloria Guillory; five grandchildren: Jill Wiest (Andy), Christopher Camardelle (dear friend John Porter), Jenny Camardelle Comeaux (Andrew), Michelle Martinez (Chris) and Terry Guillory (Whitney); eight great grandchildren: Abigail, Luke, Wyatt, Nathan, James, Catherine, Amelia and Kaydence. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Guillory and one sister, Hilma Clark. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 11, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin Monday at 9:30 AM.
Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington will immediately follow services.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to Lakeshore Hospice, 2659 N. Causeway Blvd., Mandeville, LA 70471.
