Harriet and Sis. Sewilla, please know I am so sorry for the loss of your mom and sister. I just saw the news of her passing today. Sis. Dolly was a beautiful and gentle Christian woman… a true Southern Belle. Her face was always glowing with the spirit of the Lord. She had a true servant’s heart volunteering with her church’s food ministry, and at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was my very dear friend, and was there for me and my family when my parents were sick. I loved Sis. Dolly, and will miss everything about her. My love and prayers are with you and all of her family.

Harriet, sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Your Mom and my Dad worked together in Bell South Test Center in Covington back when Dad still said it was fun. The two of them would pick on each other; Dad (Sidney Carter) and Mom thought a lot of your mother. She was a special lady. Thoughts and prayers.

Ms. Dolly was such a close dear friend of mine. She was such a blessing to me and my family. We spent many enjoyable hours together, attending church, cooking many meals together and shopping. RIP my Dear Friend.
