Dear Val, No matter the words-they seem inadequate compared to the sorrow you must feel. My heart aches for you & Gary as well as your family. Not only for the passing of your mom, but also for the loss of your beloved Amos and Any. They say that time heals all. I don;t know if we ever truly get over the loss of loved ones, but the passage of time does help. Each sunrise brings with it the hope that this day will be better. Momma, I think you are the only one who knows just how much I miss you. I think about you all the time. I can remember the first day you took me to school and I did not want you to leave me. I remember when Wayne and I would fight just like brothers and sisters do, you were always there to set us straight. I remember all the good times around the dinner table. I will never forget just how much you loved all of us. The only time we were ever apart was when Gary and I got married but then 10 years later, we all moved back together in one big happy home for the last 15 years. So you see, we were always together. Weather it was in person or in sprit. I remember the day I got chicken pocks how you took care of me and the time that i was choking on a piece of ice and could not breath you saved my life but you not only did all this for me, you did this for all 5 of your children and also for your grandchildren too! You were one strong women, all 98 pounds. I just don't know what i will do without you. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND WILL DEARLY MISS YOU WITH ALL OF MY HEART. You were not only my mom but you were also my best friend. Your daughter and life time friend. Val OXOXOXOX
