Dear Michael, James, Kathy, and John,
I thoroughly enjoyed working with your mother those years wenshared at Our Lady of the Lake and was privileged to share a friendship with her and your father outside the school environment. One evening, I went over to their house to see a button eared cat Ellen had named Sarah Lee. The three of us had a light supper and watched "Batman." Don't ask because far be it from me to figure that one out. At the movie's end, we looked at each other, got a terrible case of the giggles (Yep, even George was giggling like a school girl!), and never did we mention that movie again! What wonderful, kind people your parents were. I was honored to know them and call them friends.
May God give you the consolation you need.
Mary Pratt Lobdell
