It has been a year now since we lost you. In so many ways it seems like only yesterday that I saw you walk out of my door for the last time. That will always be one of the defining moments of my life. I wish I would have known that I would never see you again in this life. Never doubt that We love you still. My sincere sympathies to the family of Hilery. I work with his mother-in-law, Cheryl. From what I've read and heard, Hilery was highly regarded, respected and loved. My father was a police officer for close to thirty years. It always hits home when a family loses a police officer. They are truly heroes. I am so sorry for your loss.
