I am so very sorry to hear about Charlie. I knew he had health issues for a long while. My family is related to the Otterstatter's from my Grandfather Dr. John McFarland and family formerly from Meadville, Pa. I had sent some family information to Charlie a few years ago for his father to see and relate to .
Again, I am sorry to hear of his passing . Rest in Peace Charlie.
