Clair and I would like to express our deepest sympathy to Smitty's family. We had the pleasure of knowing Smitty for almost ten years. In addition, I had the pleasure of being his supervisor for eight of those years. Smitty was not only an excellent supervisor, I considered him my friend. We all at the Port of New Orleans will miss him.
