Dear Suzanne, Wendy, Holly, Brian , and Families,
We have such fond memories of all of you and your parents for the Fourth of July celebrations since 1972. Your mom was a wonderful lady who loved life and was so kind to all! We know, too, you are all so blessed to have had her as your mom! We are so blessed to have known her! We know your mom, dad, my dad, Mr. Vernon, and Mr. Warren will be having a heavenly Fourth of July celebration in Heaven! We will be praying for you and your family! Love, Joyce, Jeannine, Julie, Joni, Jayne, Jill (Gauthier) and Families
Beverly and Vernon Reaney and family were part of the 4th of July Family that dates back to the early 1970s. Bevy Baby as she was affectionately called was generous and kind hearted. On our first return trip home from living overseas one of our suitcases with my clothes in it got lost. She gave me outfits to wear which I was grateful for and enjoyed. Our son Rob once baked her a birthday cake and she never forgot him nor him her. Some fond memories were our ladies luncheons together. She loved bananas foster which she enjoyed at Commander's Palace when we went to celebrate.
Heaven is happy to have Bev home with her hubby Vernon. God bless the family.
With our love and prayers, Bruce and Gayle Escher
My deepest sympathy to the family of Beverly Ragas Reaney. In 1954, we graduated from Annunciation High School and were friends throughout our high school years. The things I remember most about "Ragas" (that was what we called her) were her peaches and cream complexion, her sweetness, and her love for Vernon. We had very good memories and alot of fun. She loved her family and was a wonderful stay at home Mom! Merna Rises Goetz
Suzanne, Wendy, Holly & Brian,
Your Lafayette family is praying for you all. One of my memories of Mrs. Bevy was crossing over Charles Dr. in Chalmette and going get Mrs. Bevy tea then jumping in the pool. Such great memories of a great woman.
God bless and love you all,
Donna Seemann Forman
Wendy, so sorry for your loss. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Wanda and John
