Betty D'Amico Harris' Obituary
Betty D’Amico Harris passed away on August 14, 2015 at her home in Mandeville, LA. She was born on October 22, 1925 in New Orleans, LA to the late Vincent D’Amico and Elizabeth Eiermann D’Amico.
Betty was married to her beloved husband, the late James W. Harris for 68 years and together they had two children, Kathleen Harris Davidson (Bruce) and Patricia Harris Seoud (Darsh). She was the loving grandmother of Bryan H. Davidson (Alison) and Christopher M. Davidson (Sonja), Matthew Harris (Angela), Jacob V. Owen (Alex) and was the proud great-grandmother of Benjamin, Samuel, Brenden, Samantha, and Joseph. Growing up in New Orleans, she attended E. T. Merrich School, Sophie B. Wright School and Broadmore Business School.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Liturgy of the Word at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Visitation on Monday will begin at 9:30 AM.
Interment at the Mandeville City Cemetery will immediately follow the service.
