Sandi (Lewis) Edwards
To the family--- Since our very first days at the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office, Ms. Betty was a dear, dear friend to me. She will forever be in my memories as one of the most SPECIAL and WONDERFUL women I have ever known. She always wore a smile, and I could always count on her for the beginning of a happy day, even in a tense working environment. She was definitely ONE OF A KIND. She will be sadly missed.
