What a special man with a special talent. He has taught so many people to ride & show their horses for many years, leaving everyone who was blessed to know him, with a lifetime of happy memories.

When I was in Girl Scouts we took lessons with the Roberts. Mr Leon told me the story of how my grandfather had done all of the electrical wiring in his big barn. He walked me around and showed me different horses and told me their names. Mr. Leon made me feel very special each time I visited. He was kind, to me when I needed kindness. He is one of my favorite people from my childhood.
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of such a gentle soul.

Mr. Leon, I just want to say, you are the angel who crossed and blessed my daughters path as well as mine when she started to learn and you began to teach her how to ride the ponies.
You not only made her a champion rider but you, Cindy and Miss Chris also taught her the responsibility of the great gift she had before her. She learned also how to think, how to organize, the skill sets and mentality to have confidence in herself , her ability, the necessary work effort to achieve and the respect, responsibility and care of her gifts that will transcend and enhance her life going forward and that Mr. Leon is a gift that truly turns just a life into a fantastic life.
I can never repay you for the very powerful positive influence you gifted my beautiful little baby girl but just want you to know I it was with great joy and pride since I watch her life with you unfold. I witnessed it all unfolding, recognized immediately the great hands she was in and knew under your care she would be as safe as she could be.
I was deeply sadden when the winds of Katrina blew us all apart........
So I will close by saying as one dad to another dad, thanks for a job very well done and now you can ride as you love to do, with your beautiful daughter Cindy forever and a day.
You be will be missed and I want you to know you will leave a void on this planet that will never be filled... a view shared by many including Taylor,Tom and Toto too...
