Anna Bourgeois Davi passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at the age of 93. She was the daughter of Alcede Dugas and Francois Bourgeois. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph J. Davi, her brothers Ivy, Claude and Read Obituary
JoAnn, Please accept our deepest sympathy at this time. We will remember Granny and her sweetness and kindness to David as well as to us. We are unable to attend the funeral due to physical problems, but be assured that we will remember you and her in our prayers.

My heart goes out to you, Jo Ann, and your family. I loved your mother very much.
On our visits to New Orleans, we had such fun listening to her and your dad's stories of the Davis growing up in the French Quarter.
And did you know that your mom was my "fairy godmother"? Making both my prom dress and wedding dress, she changed me into a princess twice in my life--although I know that you had a hand in it too, and thank you.
I'm so glad that she was there all those years as a good friend to my mom over the years.
My prayers are with you all, and I will stay in touch.
