I have only known Bro. Angus for a few years, yet he has made a permanent mark on me. He always had a smile on his face and a happy greeting. He was truly a Christian light reflecting his Lord and Savior. Our sincere condolences to Sister Emma Jo and the family.
It is with great sadness that I send my condolences to the Rogers family. I have always had a healthy respect for Mr. Angus. When he saw you he knew you and was always a pleasure to visit with. In short he was a good man. I feel that I have always been friends with the entire family and my heart goes out to all of you for your loss.
30+ years ago, I was a senior in high school, and worked at Ace hardware. One of the people I always enjoyed seeing was Mr. Angus. Always a smiling face, kind word, and easy to work with. I saw him many times over the years, mostly at church functions where New Zion and First Baptist got together, and it was always the same. A true country gentleman. My condolences to your family. Donald
