Adrienne & Ashton Magee died on Wednesday, April 18, 2007.
Adrienne Stockstill and Ashton “Zach” Magee had their lives brutally taken on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Adrienne, age 28, was the biological daughter of Jackie Stockstill, Janet Soileau Fontenot and Joseph Fontenot who was her “Dad”. One of seven children, she is survived by Cindy, Desiree’, Vincent, Jason, Richard and Jarret. She was the granddaughter of Eric Soileau and the late Bessie Chalette Soileau, Claudine Moore Varnado and her late husband August Varnado.
Zach, age 5, is survived by two sisters, Ashleigh Paige and Aleisha Brooke and by paternal grandparent’s Bonnie & Tommy Cooper & Buris James Magee. They both are also survived by host of very compassionate and resilient extended family and friends.
Zach was an energetic little athlete on his way to baseball practice Wednesday and Adrienne was an exceptionally loving and devoted mother to her children and she patiently cared for countless other children during the 3 years that she taught at the Children’s Chalet in Mandeville.
A wake will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2007 from 7-10:00 PM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Mandeville, 1895 Hwy 190, Mandeville, LA 70448 at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 25, 2007. Friends may gather at the Church Wednesday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will be at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Destrahan.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established for the surviving Magee Children at Statewide Bank. Please make donations at any branch.
