We lost a real live angel this past weekend and it has been so overwhelmingly hard to breathe.
Jolly was like a second mother to many, godmother, her sibling’s best friend, and everyone’s mother figure. She literally lived to serve everyone.
Jolly loved interior design, gardening, her husband, Cande and her huge family. She had impeccable taste in home decor, jewelry, and her sweater and shoe collection is amazing. Jolly was always there, whether it was something big or small, and it is impossible to think of a memory that doesn’t include her. She accepted everyone for exactly who they were, every flaw, mistake, and imperfection. Her heart was literally made of gold.
This weekend as we began to navigate life without you, there was something profoundly missing from every setting…it was YOU. We kept expecting you to walk in and hear you say, “Heyyy guys!” (with a big smile on your face). We don’t think we have fully processed that you are never coming back.
We are forever grateful for the time we got to spend together and we hope you always felt how extremely special you were to each and every one of us. We hope you are traveling the world right now Jolly, just like you always dreamed to do. We will miss you for forever.
