Willie Richard Snyder, age 81 of Lacombe, LA died on Tuesday, February 04, 2014. Born, Tuesday, February 16, 1932 in Harrison Co., IN to Richard Snyder and Alma Lillian Snyder.
Survived by his Wife Vondarene Snyder, Sons Dennis Snyder (Ellen), and Dallas Snyder (Kathy), Brother Wayne Snyder, Sister Darlene Gieg, 8 Grandchildren,11 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great Great-Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his Father Richard Snyder, Mother Alma Lillian Snyder, and Sister Carolyn Sizemore.
He graduated from Laconia High School in Indiana. He was a minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a Home Builder and Milkman. He belonged to the Lacombe, Louisiana Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and a former member of the New Albany, Indiana Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 08, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday, February 08, 2014 from 1:00 PM to service time. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
