Willidane P. "Mrs. Chris" Collins' Obituary
Willidane P. Collins, age 82, of Covington, Louisiana and affectionately known to many as “Mrs. Chris,” passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025. She was born on August 7, 1942, in Alabama.
She is survived by her children, Carl N. Baker, Jr. (Gigi), Warren L. Baker (Noel), Travis P. Baker, Sr. (Tammy); grandchildren, Julie Baker, Travis Baker, Jr., Kelcy Baker, and Olivia Baker. She is also survived by seven siblings and many extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Collins; her parents, Kelcy Lee Price, Sr. and Christine Humphreys Price; and five siblings.
An evening wake will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends are also invited to attend the funeral services on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in the adjacent Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
