Words cannot heal the pain of loosing your son. I am sorry for your loss. May God give you strength to overcome the pain. I did not know young Billy, but I did go to school with his father. First Assembly 1979 to 1981. I saw the 12:00 news and I couldn't believe it. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
I am a cousin of Kim MdDonnel and wanted to post to the families that I have you in my prayers during this painful time in your life. I pray that God will show you through the love and comfort of others that he will never leave or forsake you.
Although we did not know Billy personally, we could feel the love coming from his family and friends. His spirit will forever be in their hearts.

Melinda, Bill and Kristin, Aunt Peggy and Uncle Lester, Melanie and Hector, Lauren and all of the McDonnel family: There will never be words to comfort the pain of this tragedy, other than it was God's will. Melinda, you and Melanie, Aunt Peggy and Uncle Lester have always been so close to my heart. I love you all so much and pray you can find peace that passes all understanding. We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Lil Bill's death. We have known the McDonnel family for a long time and have always admired how close knit, humorous, and friendly they are. Although we didn't spend very much time getting to know Lil Bill, we always heard such good things about him through his Aunt Kim and Uncle David. It was so obvious they were proud of him. Our hearts are broken over the news of this handsome young man's death and our thoughts and prayers are with his lovely parents and his sister, Kristen.
