William T. Massarini's Obituary
William T. Massarini died on Friday, February 13, 2009 at his home in Folsom at the age of 67.
He is survived by his wife, Bunny B. Massarini; two children, Jeanne C. Pertuit and James R. Pertuit, III; daughter-in-law, Lisa Suarez-Pertuit; three granddaughters, Emily Anne Bazin Pertuit, Julia Reece Pertuit and Sara Grace Pertuit; nephews, Steve Finnegan, Forrest Finnegan, Kurt Zeller, Milton Zeller and Harry B. Leche; nieces, Marlene Winzel, Charlene Zeller and Jennifer S. Leche; former wife, Marian Arrowsmith and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilna Betz Massarini and William Theodore Massarini; siblings, Lois Zeller and Lolly Finnegan.
He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Folsom since 1973. Bill graduated from Fortier High School, attended LSU and was a retired jeweler and coins dealer.
In his retirement, he devoted his time to the welfare of animals. In lieu of flowers, donations to an animal shelter or cause of your choice is appreciated.
