I didn't know William, but I know Debra, his wife very well. Her LOVE for him was quite evident in our many conversations, which in itself a true testament of what a great guy he was. Rest in peace "Jo Billy". Moureen Blackwell

I will have to get used to not seeing him on Thursday at the OTB having his coffee with his friends laughing and joking. He will be missed.

Mr. Billy was so sweet. He and I would dance at Covington OTB and play like we were fighting. I got so emotional when they told me he passed but then I immediately smiled thinking about the good times we had at the OTB. He will be missed at the OTB. Condolences to the family of Mr. Billy Henrickle!

Debra, I am so very sorry for your loss of Billy, he fought so hard through his battle with leukemia and it is so sad that he was taken after all of that. My thoughts are with you and your family. Even though I did not meet Billy he seemed like a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Take care of yourself, be strong even though this is a tough battle. Love Renee' Doucet
