William "Norman" Franks' Obituary
William “Norman” Franks passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the age of 92.
Beloved husband of the late Pauline Franks. Loving father of Paula F. Chifici (her husband, Paul) and the late William C. Franks, Sr. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Raleigh Franks. Brother of Geraldine Hamilton, Doris Swand, Raleigh “Buddy” Franks and the late Curtis Franks, Lucille Rich and Shirley Jean Strickland. Grandfather of William C. Franks, Jr. and Andrea Franks. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 at 12:00 noon with visitation on Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
